Our Environment

McMinnville Christian Academy is more than an exceptional academic environment for students from Pre-K through 8th grade to thrive, but one that is also consistent with the principles of our Christian faith. For over three decades, McMinnville Christian Academy has been educating children in Oregon’s Yamhill Valley. MCA’s mission is to pursue excellence in spiritual, academic, and artistic endeavors so students can reach their highest potential in everything they do to honor and glorify Jesus Christ. Working closely with families, MCA provides a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.

Christ Centered Career Opportunities

MCA is on the lookout for Disciples of Christ, who are trained educators, natural encouragers, and who are called to ministry work. At MCA we are team players, we work hard, we adore children, and we seek to glorify God in all that we do. If this sounds like you then please drop us a line to express your interest in working for our school as we transition, grow and strive to follow God’s plan.

MCA is currently accepting applications for preschool, elementary grades and substitute teachers.
