PTO Organization
The MCA PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is a group of dedicated parents and staff who work together to support our students and teachers. We meet once a month to plan upcoming events and activities. Funds raised through PTO events go directly back to students and teachers by supporting special experiences such as teacher appreciation week, end of year BBQs and other meaningful school events. We welcome anyone interested in participating or even joining us to plan one upcoming event (without becoming a member) please email ptomca@iammca.org

Parent Advisory Council
The McMinnville Christian Academy Parent Advisory Council serves as a valuable partnership between parents and school leadership. This group provides parent perspective, offers feedback, and supports the continued growth and improvement of our school. The Advisory Board helps strengthen communication, foster community, and ensure that MCA remains aligned with its mission of providing Christ-centered education. Through prayer, collaboration, and service, the board plays an important role in supporting our students, families, and staff.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are always looking for parents, grandparents, church members, and community friends who feel called to share their time and talents with our students and school.
Volunteers play an important role in helping our school thrive while supporting our mission of providing Christ-centered education.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
- Classroom assistance
- Library assistance
- Lunch and recess supervision
- School Event Help (auction, fundraisers, special events)
- Office support
- Field Trip Chaperone
- Special projects and campus improvement
- Chapel Support

Pizza Fridays
Pizza Fridays are a fun and easy lunch option for students each week! Families can choose to have their student enjoy pizza on Fridays by signing up using the order forms sent home. It’s a great way to simplify lunch and give students something to look forward to!
Student Store (Fridays)
Fridays just got even better! Our Student Store is open during lunch, giving students the chance to pick out fun items and enjoy a special treat to celebrate the end of the week.
